Colette is a multi-service club offering people aged 55 and older a trusted environment and a supportive community to strengthen their social ties, sense of purpose, and purchasing power.

Their team approached us with three key challenges:

1 - Merge their two activities—the activities club and intergenerational housing—under a unified brand identity, create a website that showcases both while keeping them distinct, and prepare for the addition of future services.
2 - Enhance the visual identity while respecting the brand’s DNA to avoid unsettling their members.
3 - Adapt to the digital habits and preferences of seniors in every aspect of the project.

To address these challenges, we refined:

- Brand strategy: We clarified their positioning, promise, and tone of voice to better present their services and resonate with seniors’ needs. This resulted in new key messages such as “Aging well with confidence,” “The certainty of always being supported,” and “The favorite club for those 55 and up.”

- Visual identity: We refreshed the illustration style, expanded the color palette, and introduced more varied graphic compositions.

- Website design: We consolidated two websites into one and revamped the UX/UI of the five main pages.

The result is a vibrant and reassuring brand identity paired with a clear, user-friendly website that supports Colette's mission.
