To support this evolution, we redefined their brand strategy, revamped their visual identity, and redesigned key pages of their website. The challenge? Making an impact without losing credibility with HR professionals:
→ The editorial line, "Your ally in unlocking HR potential," comes to life through taglines like "Drive your HR strategy from data to decision," "Unlock the full value of your HR data," and "Data with real potential."
→ The Reflect logo is a composition of oblique volumes forming the letter R, designed to convey dynamism and movement. The color palette—modern and soothing—combines the reliability of deep blue with a bold touch of lavender blue.
→ The graphic language incorporates underlined or highlighted words to emphasize human support. In the background, a subtle tile pattern adds structure and elegance, evoking speed and seamless data transmission.
→ On the website, streamlined interface visuals and explanatory diagrams make features easier to grasp and navigate.
